In accordance with the Trade Practices Act, a refund or replacement will be provided for all goods found to be faulty or misrepresented in any way.
Please choose carefully as we do not provide refunds for change of mind or incorrect choice.
Faulty or damaged products can be returned and/or exchanged by contacting us within 3 days of receiving the product. Please ensure you have your receipt for all returns, refunds and exchanges. The Campus Bookstore will cover postage for faulty and damaged items.
The Campus Bookstore does not cover for damage or misuse by the customer.
All other returns, exchanges and refunds need to be approved by The Campus Bookstore before being returned. All products must be unused, in original condition, with proof of purchase and within 7 days of purchase date. Returns, exchanges and refunds are at the customer’s cost and risk.
